Speakers

André Cinq-Mars, General Manager, Lumi Canada Inc.
Andre has over 30 years of experience in the electronic voting industry. He founded Feedback Interactive in 1996 and joined the Lumi family in 2016. The core of his business has always been focused on AGM markets. Andre's experience and knowledge ranges from live event meeting production to complex processes required by organizations to be compliant with all bylaws and governance.

Mariem Elsayed, Director, Investor Relations, Fiera Capital Inc.
Ms. Elsayed is a seasoned investor relations professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. She joined Fiera Capital in 2018 to develop the Investor Relations (“IR”) strategy and oversee its execution. Prior to joining Fiera Capital, she held roles in IR at Énergir, Resolute Forest Products and Aimia. Ms. Elsayed has also held various other positions over the course of her career including roles in investment banking, treasury operations and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, an MBA from McGill University and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder. Ms. Elsayed sat on the board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute’s Québec Chapter from 2015 to 2021. From 2019 to 2021 she was the Chair of the Chapter, while also serving on the organization’s National board. She was also a director of the CFA Montreal Society’s board of directors from 2015 to 2019.

Etienne Labrie, Director of Sales, Cision Canada Inc. (Moderator)
Etienne is a sales manager focused on the success of his clients with over 10 years of experience with the world's largest release distribution and monitoring firm. Etienne began his career as a trader before moving into consulting services. He is actively involved in professional organizations including CIRI Quebec.

Guy L’Esperance, Vice President, Director of Sales, TSX Trust Company
Guy is Vice President, Director of Sales at TSX Trust Company (a subsidiary of TMX Group), a leading trust company in Canada. A long-time industry expert, Guy has over thirty (30) years of experience in the transfer agency, shareholder identification, proxy solicitation sectors, corporate trust and employee & incentive plan administration. Throughout his career, he has developed an expertise on shareholder management helping issuers to identify and engage with their shareholders. Guy works with companies while still private, on IPOs and M&A transactions (private and public). He holds a Bachelors and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Laval University and Moncton University respectively. He is an active member of CIRI and has served on the Board of the Québec Chapter since 2013.
