Courtney Craib, President, Craib Design & Communications
Craib is one of Canada’s leading stakeholder communications design agencies. Specializing in ESG and Annual Reporting. Under Courtney's leadership, Craib provides research and strategic insights, exemplary project management, and leading-edge design to all clients, ensuring the highest standards and practices are met. She leads the Craib team in identifying and referencing the latest global trends and best practices for Craib’s peer benching marking research. She is also a judge for many industry reporting and design awards.

David Handelman, Manager, Sector Intelligence, Sustainability & Corporate Citizenship, TD Bank
David Handelman has close to 20 years of experience working in the financial industry. Most recently, David has worked for TD Bank on ESG Policies and Issues, and helped lead the development of TD's 2021 TCFD and Climate Action Report. He is currently working on TD Bank's Financed Emissions targets. David is also currently studying part-time at the University of Edinburgh for a Master's of Science degree in Carbon Management, working on his dissertation comparing Financed Emissions Target Metrics. He is also one of the founders and directors of a local tree planting organization in Canada's National Capital region named Forêt Capitale Forest.

Hyewon Kong, Head, Responsible Investing, Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO)
Hyewon Kong is a vice president and Head of Responsible Investing at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), which manages over $70bn of Ontario public-sector pension funds, where she leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainable investing strategies across all asset classes. With over 20 years of experience in both corporate and investment management in Asia, Europe and North America, Hyewon has been an ambassador of sustainable investing as an experienced portfolio manager and a subject matter expert on ESG. Hyewon serves on the Board of Directors of the University of British Columbia (UBC) Investment Management Trust and on the Environmental Finance Advisory Committee at the University of Toronto. She also lectures on environmental finance and sustainable and impact investment courses. She co-founded and co-chairs Canadian Responsible Investment Working Group and has been named as Canada’s 2020 Clean 50 leaders for creating broad collaborations in the Canadian financial industry to drive a sustainability agenda.
