On December 17, 2001 the Canadian Performance Reporting Initiative (CPRI) Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) published for comment draft guidance, entitled “Management’s Discussion and Analysis: Guidance on Preparation and Disclosure”, designed to help issuers prepare their annual and interim MD&As.
CIRI has submitted its comments and recommendations on the MD&A Review Draft, accessible to CIRI members on the CIRI Web site at www.ciri.org and on the CICA Web site – click on MD&A and scroll to Reviewer’s Comments. |
