Tim Benson is Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance at Retirement Residences REIT, the largest provider of accommodation and care for seniors in Canada.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Benson held various roles including Private Equity Investor at Penfund Management Limited; Equity Research Analyst, Oil & Gas at UBS Warburg Inc.; and Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
Mr. Benson holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business and a BComm degree from the University of Calgary.

Emily Chen
Manager, Issuer Services, Toronto Stock Exchange
Emily Chen is a Senior Product Manager for Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and is responsible for developing new products and services for TSX listed issuers. Most recently, Emily was responsible for the implementation of TSXconnect®, a web based investor relations support tool designed for TSX issuers. In her role, Emily continually seeks opportunities to improve product offerings to existing issuers.
Emily first joined the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1997 as a member of the Derivatives Market Trading Team. Emily has an Honours Degree in Economics at the University of Toronto.

Ross McKee is a Partner in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where his practice involves all aspects of Canadian and cross-border securities regulation and financial compliance, with experience ranging from micro-cap venture capital to billion dollar international structured finance.
Mr. McKee has been a regular columnist for CIRI's Newsline, and he was a member of the committee that developed CIRI's Standards & Guidance for Disclosure and Model Disclosure Policy for public companies. Mr. McKee also edits the Toronto Stock Exchange's Filing Guide for TSX-listed companies. He was a member of the OSC's Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee until this year.
Mr. McKee was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983. For five years he taught the securities regulation course at the Faculty of Law, Queen's University.
