Annual Conference Exhibitors
The Exhibitor Showcase provides a valuable opportunity for suppliers
to meet with Canada's IROs. As suppliers, make sure you take advantage
of the opportunity to inform your target audience about the benefits of
your products and services and demonstrate how you can maximize the
effectiveness of their investor relations program.
There will be a number of opportunities for delegates to visit the Exhibit Hall during the Conference.
We encourage all delegates to visit
each of the booths in the Exhibit Hall. As practitioners, you should
know the latest in IR products and services that can help make you more
successful in your role.
Become An Exhibitor
This is an opportunity to meet with potential new clients and
showcase your organizations goods or services with signage and
promotional materials at your booth. Activities such as breakfasts,
breaks, and receptions take place in the exhibit hall ensuring the
delegates presence in the hall.
Exhibitor benefits include:
- One 8'D x 10'W x 8'H exhibit booth in the exhibit hall.
- One complimentary registration, 2017 Annual Conference.
- Access to sessions, opening reception, all breaks, breakfasts, lunches and theme reception and dinner.
- Company profile in 2017 Annual Conference Program Guide (200-word limit), if applicable (must be received by April 28, 2017 for inclusion)
- Company name and booth location listed on the 2017 Annual Conference website.
- 3 registration lists, time spaced, in advance of the conference.
- Your choice of an inside page ad in IR leader during 2017 or a half page ad in the 2017 Conference Program
Price: $4,000 + Applicable Taxes
Already an Annual Conference sponsor? Silver sponsors can exhibit for $3,750 plus taxes; Gold sponsors for $3,500 plus taxes.

Exhibitors will assume the arrangement and the cost of shipping and
handling of booths and any additional services such as electrical needs,
telephone, internet services, etc.
Exhibit Hall Policy
Only exhibiting companies may engage delegates in the exhibit hall
area. We ask delegates not to accept invitations to events from vendors
not sponsoring or exhibiting at the conference. Service and product
solicitation is not appropriate by vendors not sponsoring or exhibiting
at the conference. We ask delegates to notify CIRI staff of any
occurrences of this behaviour.
No exhibit booths are to be dismantled prior to the official closing
of the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit booth set up and dismantle times are
outlined in the Exhibitor package.
All booth cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations
received more than 60 days prior to the event date (June 11, 2017) are
subject to a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 60
days prior to the event are liable for the entire cost.
All delegate registration cancellations must be received in writing
and are subject to a $150.00 administration fee. Cancellations received
after April 28, 2017 are non-refundable. Substitutions are accepted with appropriate fee adjustment. All substitutions must be received in writing.
